Professional Background
Richard graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Masaryk University (2016). He worked as legal clerk at legal division of bailiff´s office and subsequently as junior associate in law office, focusing on litigation, dispute resolution, insolvency and debt collection. He sucessfully passed the Bar Examination under the Czech Bar Association in June 2022 and continued working in law office focusing on litigation, dispute resolution, insolvency and debt collection as attorney-at-law. In January 2023 he was registered as an established European lawyer in Slovakia. Since September 2024 he has been working in law firm DRV Legal as an attorney-at-law.
