• Representation of one of the largest banks in the Czech Republic in insolvency proceedings by attending court hearings, creditors meeting, creditors committee and providing comprehensive legal assistance during the entire insolvency proceedings.
• Representing an insolvency administrator in insolvency proceedings opened against the largest Czech producer of hard coal with more than 500 creditors by: reviewing receivables; preparing rejection of receivables; including receivables in the amount of 10 billion CZK; identifying void receivables and filling applications to have such receivables declared void; legal assistance connected with whole insolvency proceedings including advising the insolvency administrator during negotiation with the Czech Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Czech Ministry of Finance; representation in all incidental disputes.
