Professional Background
Damjan has more than 13 years of experience in advising domestic and international clients on all legal matters in the area of labor law, competition law, commercial and corporate law, public procurement, real estate and immigration. In particular, his focus is on providing legal advice and guidance on all types of issues and disputes arising from employment, advising clients in relation to competition law matters and representation in anti-trust procedures. He also has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and conducting legal due diligence of companies across different industries, such as pharmacy, logistics, real estate development etc., as well as providing legal advice on investments in real estate and representing clients in procedures concerning status and rights over real estate.
Over the years Damjan has cooperated with and advised some of the leading Serbian and international companies.
