David completed his study at the Law Faculty of The Masaryk University in 2004. After his graduation he worked in the reputable law office in Brno as the junior lawyer and during the same period he attended a doctoral study at the Masaryk University. In 2008 he passed state doctoral examination, defended his doctoral thesis on topic The Criminal Liability of Entities and he also passed Bar Examination. Since 2008 he has been practicing attorney-at-law. David predominantly specializes in legal services connected with the business activities. He is a founding partner of DRV Legal.
