Marinela Slav is a partner within Trofin & Associates and a member of the Bucharest Bar since 1999.
Marinela obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest and was a member of the ELSA (The European Law Students’ Association), the law students’ representative association of the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest, being involved in a series of projects within it and AIESEC, a global platform for young people to develop their leadership potential through international internships and volunteer opportunities. In 2000, Marinela has completed postgraduate specialization courses in Private Law.
She represented various clients before the national courts and other authorities, such as leasing companies, carpentry companies, hospitals, banks, public and private companies or individuals in acquisition disputes, in litigation with professionals, insolvencies, foreclosures, seizure validations, claims, trade register, external clients for debt recovery in Romania, in arbitration and administrative disputes.
