Jozef is currently a law student at the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava. His main areas of law in which he is involved include employment law, administrative law as well as international law and its impact on national law.
During his studies, he was involved in school activities such as the Simulated Administrative Litigation or the Telders Moot Court in The Hague, organised by Leiden University, simulating proceedings before the International Court of Justice. Among his other activities within the university is his participation in the Legal Clinic for Communities subject, where he was involved in legal support to foreigners as well as pro bono support to homeless people. As part of his school activities, it is also worth mentioning his internship at the Police Presidium of the Slovak Republic.
Ironically, his high school was an electrical engineering school where he studied computer networking. He also took CISCO training in CCNA Routing and Switching.
He enhanced his teamwork as well as his independent work thanks to his work experience in Siemens, s.r.o., which strengthened his knowledge in IT law and network security. Since the beginning of 2022 Jozef Tábora has been a paralegal at Motúzová & Lacko law firm in Bratislava.
In his free time, his area of interest is mainly focused on hiking as well as climbing, both indoors and outdoors. He loves alpine hiking as well as mototourism, thanks to which he enjoys discovering the beauty of Slovakia. His further hobbies include beekeeping.
