Czech-Polish teamwork in acquisition of Rockfin by Jet Investments

Our M&A team was led by Tomáš Antal, partner of our Brno office and Maciej Jużków, partner of our Katowice office.

Rockfin Sp. z o.o. employs over 700 people, including 200 engineers in plants near Gdańsk, in Gorlice and Bydgoszcz. The company at the end of 2021 had 370 million PLN in sales and 43 million PLN at the EBITDA level.
